perfectly situated for park strolls and city landmarks
I had a great time here, especially enjoying the quick walk to the beautiful Natural History Museum and Botanical Garden just a few steps away, as well as the lively atmosphere of Bairro Alto less than a 20-minute stroll from the hotel.

The location was solid, right near the metro and bus stations. Had a 24/7 reception that was super helpful, the staff went out of their way for us, even let us grab tea anytime we needed, no questions asked.
Wasn't exactly a steal, but for what you get, it was passable.

I really appreciated how the staff helped me carry my suitcase when the elevator was out. The cozy electric radiator in my room made it super comfy, and I loved unwinding in the lounge and enjoying the nice garden area. The only downside was that the thin walls made it a bit noisy at times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Convenient location with friendly staff
I had a wonderful stay for one night, and the location next to the metro station made it so easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast selection was delightful, featuring freshly made pastries and a great variety of beverages. However, the noise levels could be improved for a more peaceful experience.

clean bathroom, close proximity to Metro, historic interior
A stench in the toilet that made it unusable is a serious issue!!! Better soundproofing would make a significant improvement overall.
